PivotCX: Case Study

The Idea:

Labette Community College  in Kansas had a significant challenge communicating with prospective students who did not respond to traditional email and phone calls, let alone traditional mail. When the global pandemic hit, the issue became even more dire. Faced with declining enrollment, Labette turned to an unlikely company: PivotCX, whose text to live chat platform is a go-too tech solution in workforce recruiting.

After a highly successful pilot program, Labette Community College agreed to doing a case study with PivotCX. Lux conducted interviews with various members of the Admissions Department and wrote this case study that proves the effectiveness of the PivotCX platform with Gen X and Z.
