It was created as a supplement for vulnerable seniors who may have difficulty eating as well as cancer patients and others with swallowing issues. The ice cream is so delicious, most people willingly eat it, a major plus for senior care providers, the target of this case study, who struggle to get people to consume nutritious foods.
